Alfredo Susanna started in 1984 as a construction supervisor an experience which comes in handy in his actual role as real estate developer.
The staff of the company exists of 2 geometricians, 1 accountant, 10 specialized wall builders, 9 people dedicated to the warehouse, 11 carpenters, 9 pavers and 12 people dedicated to panelling and plastering.
Carefully selected third companies, with complementary competences, are added to this inner circle and respond to the following criteria: experience , reliability, solidity and quality. Two enterprises take care of the electricity circuits, one enterprise implements the hydraulic systems, 2 carpenters take care of the wooden structures, 2 iron workers construct gates, and various other companies supply the necessary construction equipment for example jets, pumps, platforms and cranes.
The company headquarters
The new company headquarters, are based in an industrial building with an 800 square meter warehouse on the ground floor and a 200 square meter office space on the first floor. The building is set in an independent 1200 square meter space with exclusive entrance.
